What makes Our Place cookware different from traditional pans?
Our products are designed to be multifunctional, replacing multiple pieces of traditional cookware. We use a proprietary, toxin-free ceramic non-stick coating that is made without PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium.
How do I care for my Always Pan to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the non-stick coating, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap. Avoid using metal utensils; instead, use wood or silicone tools, and always cook on low to medium heat.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in Europe. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
Are your products oven-safe?
Compatibility varies by product. For example, the Always Pan 2.0 and the Cast Iron Always Pan are oven-safe up to 450°F, while some of our other accessories are designed for stovetop use only.
